Hello my friends, this is my new blog I will
speak about a skill that I admire.
I admire the ability to dance because I love to
dance and I love seeing people dance from different cultures.
When people dance can evade their problems and
routines so they can relax to the beat of the music. It also helps us to
improve coordination and memory.
For me dance has different benefits like physical,
psychological, social and helps you to form your body burning calories while
maintaining a healthy weight benefits.
When dancing our mind it focuses on memorizing
and properly performs the steps. It is pure fun. You can develop the
sensitivity of the person, to learn a new art. The dance allows us to
socialize, meet new people. It opens us to new experiences.
I think being good, but I have no experience professional,
just do it at parties or family events.
I think this ability is a gift certain people,
but we can all become very good dancing.
We can connect or join the dance to the music,
because without light we cannot dance music. We move to the rhythm of music
either individually or in groups.
When I was little girl I loved to watch those
programs dance competition, day like today I see, but I rather like the old,
sometimes the participants do it for money and not by passion to art.
My dream is to take classes at a dance academy.
